* Lead and inspire the nursery team
* Maintain high standards of childcare and safeguarding
* Drive quality improvement and EYFS excellence
* Manage budgets, staffing and resources
* Build strong relationships with families and the community
About You
* Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering outstanding early years education
