We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at the Grand Cafe, located within the prestigious Scotsman Hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. Set in a beautifully restored historic building, the Grand Cafe offers a stylish and vibrant dining experience for guests and locals alike.

Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of our front-of-house leadership team, helping to drive service excellence and team performance in the Grand Cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Grand Cafe, ensuring a smooth and professional service.
2. Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
3. Support with staff training, development, and motivation.
4. Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and customer care.
5. Work closely with senior management to implement service improvements and operational efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For:
6. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium or 4-star+ hospitality environment.
7. Confident leadership and strong communication skills.
8. A natural people person with a passion for great food and service.
9. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
10. A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude.
