Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and supportive school in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and committed individual who is keen to make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across the classroom, in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required
* Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Helping pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Has previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
* Is patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young learners
* Has strong communication and teamwork skills
* Demonstrates a caring and proactive approach to education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
