Their platform is already used by hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals, from major UK acute hospitals to world-leading institutions in the US - and following a significant Series A raise, the team is growing fast.
They are now hiring their first dedicated Lead QA & Technical Support Engineer - a role where your work will have a direct impact on patient safety and real clinical decision-making.
Why this role is different
This isn’t a typical QA role.
As well as hands-on testing across web and mobile, you’ll help diagnose and resolve technical issues in production, working closely with engineers and clinicians. Your approach will shape the entire QA function as the organisation scales.
What you’ll be doing
🔹 Designing and executing manual test cases
🔹 Developing and maintaining automated tests (Cypress / Detox / Playwright)
🔹 Conducting API testing (Postman)
🔹 Reproducing and resolving issues with the engineering team
