You will be directly involved in moulding the next generation of compact equipment through fluid line integration and innovative mechanical systems. You will be engaging with elegant design platforms to optimise and create hydraulic and thermal routing systems, and ensuring all is fully compliant with the UK and EU regulations and compliance.
Role Responsibilities:
1. The design and development of fluid lines installations for hydraulic oil, engine coolant, and air conditioning refrigerant, which are validated to meet functional and technical requirements. This will include the routing of hose and tube assemblies, selection of adapters, and definition of mounting arrangements.
2. Working across multiple projects and collaborating with global teams and suppliers to deliver new designs into series production, which meet quality, velocity, and cost targets.
3. Coordinating with sales and marketing, product development groups, supply chain, and manufacturing to manage design changes through the engineering life cycle.
