BDS Recruitment are currently looking for Housing Support Workers to work within Penryn. We are looking for someone to work as a Support Worker, you will empower individuals with diverse needs to live independently, safely and as part of their communities Main duties will include * Provide responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence. * Build open and trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support. * Encourage individuals to engage in social, educational and employment opportunities, preventing isolation and promoting self-determination. * Conduct thorough risk assessments and maintain professional boundaries, ensuring health, safety and compliance with safeguarding policies. Hours per week: 22.2 hours on a Rota pattern. Monday - Sunday - 8am to 9pm Contract; Temp ongoing role.
