The Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Window and Door Surveyor to support our operations. You will be responsible for surveying PVC-u, Aluminium, Wood-Aluminium, and Wooden window and door installations and ensuring a seamless handover to our manufacturing and installation teams.
Responsibilities
* Attend customer sites to carry out full technical surveys and prepare precise drawings for manufacture.
* Discuss and confirm product specifications, designs, and choices with customers in line with the agreed contract.
* Liaise effectively with installation, processing, and sales departments to ensure accurate communication and workflow.
* Maintain clear, accurate, and organised records for all surveys.
* Identify any deviations from the original scope and communicate these to the sales team promptly.
* Demonstrate strong technical competence and full understanding of all relevant systems, components, and installation requirements.
* Upload all surveys to the CRM system, ensuring customer signatures and required documentation are complete.
* Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

In person, with regional travel as required.
Requirements
Position Requirements
* Proven experience within the fenestration industry.
* Previous professional surveying experience.
* Strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
* Methodical approach with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid working knowledge of UPVC windows and the wider building industry.
Experience
* Surveying windows and doors: 3 years minimum (essential)
Licences & Certifications
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
