Advanced Practitioner for Same Day Acute GP Clinics (Rotherham)
Location: Rotherham Clinic Times: Flexible 8 hours Hourly Pay: £42.12 Gross Duration: AD HOC Bank shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality same‑day and acute patient assessments
- Diagnose and manage a range of acute presentations
- Prescribe independently as approved
- Work closely with GPs and nurses
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver safe, evidence‑based care
- Contribute to smooth daily flow within acute clinics
Requirements
- Qualified ACP, ANP, or Advanced Paramedic
- Experience working in GP or primary care settings
- Confident managing acute, undifferentiated presentations
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Registered healthcare professional (e.g., Nurse, Paramedic, etc.) with current registration with relevant governing body (NMC, HCPC, Masters level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or working towards it)
- Independent Prescriber
