About You:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapistto work within the Discharge Ready Unit at Ealing Hospital
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with:
* Occupational Therapy degree (BSc) or diploma.
* HCPC Registration.
* Proven experience in similar setting
* At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
* Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
