At Concentrix, you can Own Your Future!Responsibilities3+ years of professional experience2+ years of work experience in digital media sales, IT, account management or a related function6+ years of experience in a quota -carrying sales roleFluency in languages requiredExperience in SaaS opportunitiesExperience in marketing or in a role making recommendations to marketersKnowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary termsExperience in a multinational environmentQualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product enquiriesRun email campaigns to generate new sales prospectsComplete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in SalesforceWork with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound effortsAssess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sourcesHelp identify the best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutionsFoster trust between customers and clientsReach mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirementsInitiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usageManage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outboundMaintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is capturedQualificationsBachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to harness financial data to inform decisions
