We are seeking a skilled AV Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of audio visual and telecommunication systems across various client sites. The position is paid and ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for innovative AV solutionKey Responsibilities –Install, configure, and maintain audio visual systems including CCTV, VoIP, and telecommunication equipment.Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment, network devices, and computer hardware to minimise downtime.Conduct network installation tasks involving Ethernet cabling, Cisco routers, Juniper devices, and network schematics.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on AV systems to ensure optimal performance.Assist with equipment upgrades, system testing, and calibration to meet client specifications.Document system configurations and maintain detailed records of repairs and installations.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customised AV solutions tailored to specific requirements.Knowledge & Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Network / IT/ AV industryStrong understanding of network systems.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ensures a high-quality finish on all projects, with thorough labelling and cable management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.A clean and current driving licence.Must be polite, presentable, patient and be able to communicate clearly bot
