At LD Mountain Centre, we're all about the outdoors – and we're proud to help adventurers gear up for every season. This Christmas, we're looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly people to support our warehouse operations and customer service team during our busiest time of year.
Responsibilities and Duties
Within the warehouse operations team, the roles would mainly include picking, packing, and dispatching online orders with accuracy and care. The customer service team roles will involve assisting customers via phone and email – from product queries to delivery questions, as well as following our returns and warranty processes.
Both roles will require you to work closely with the team, under the supervision of the web team managers, to meet Christmas shipping deadlines.
Desired Skills
The ability to communicate clearly to colleagues and customers, whether by email, phone or any of the channels employed.
The successful applicant might have previous sales order processing or customer service experience. We are looking for someone who has a good eye for detail and accuracy, possesses excellent literacy and numeracy skills, cares about customer service, can use their initiative and enthusiasm/a "can-do" attitude.
In addition, an interest in outdoor activities and a familiarity with outdoor equipment and adventure lifestyle garments and accessories would be an advantage.
