My client is seeking a Tagetik Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Tagetik platform for financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and enhancing the Tagetik planning module to meet business needs and improve processes. This role requires a strong finance background and hands-on expertise in Tagetik.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Architecture & Design: Define and develop the overall architecture of the Tagetik system in alignment with organizational needs.
2. Implementation Leadership: Lead the implementation and roll-out of the Tagetik planning module, ensuring successful integration with existing financial systems.
3. Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize the Tagetik platform to meet business requirements for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. System Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the Tagetik system to ensure efficiency, functionality, and scalability.
5. Collaboration with FP&A Team: Work closely with the FP&A team to understand business processes and enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
6. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve system issues, focusing on long-term solutions aligned with business objectives.
7. Process Improvement: Develop and recommend improvements in financial processes through effective use of the Tagetik platform.
8. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience or exposure to the insurance industry or highly regulated financial processes.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
* Proficiency in other financial or ERP systems is a plus.
