Position Details
* Position: Practice Manager
* Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
Requirements
* Leadership and management experience
Responsibilities and Skills
* Delivering industry-leading patient care
* Monitoring and planning to ensure income targets are met, including recruitment, marketing, diary management, patient recalls, and treatment planning
* Motivating, leading, and engaging a team of 7-15 colleagues
* Collaborating to drive business priorities
* Marketing the practice to attract new patients
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and legislative guidelines as the registered manager
* Managing recruitment and selection of practice staff
* Utilizing Bupa products and services to maximize revenue
* Proficient in computer software and communication tools such as email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams
* Previous dental experience is desirable but not essential; applications from managers in other sectors are welcome

We are a fully private, five-surgery dental practice located just outside Nottingham, with a team of experienced clinicians and long-standing support staff. The practice is well-established in the community, with free parking and good transport links.
