About the Role
We are a growing B2B energy consultancy working with businesses to secure competitive and sustainable energy solutions.
This is a target-driven, consultative sales role where you will engage directly with business decision-makers, identify opportunities, and support clients in securing tailored energy contracts. Full training is provided, with clear progression opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
* Outbound B2B calls to businesses
* Understand client energy requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers
* Generate qualified opportunities for senior consultants
* Liaise with energy suppliers to ensure accurate client information
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
About You
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-focused
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Able to build trust and rapport quickly
Candidates from strong outbound sales backgrounds or graduates will also be considered
Salary & Commission
* £25,000–£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
* First year - Realistic OTE of £60,000+
