At Vertu Vauxhall Macclesfield, we’re looking for a confident and driven individual to lead ourexceptionally busy service department– the most active on our site and likely the busiest on the industrial estate! You’ll be joining a stable, supportive leadership team in a well-established dealership that’s part of one of the largest motor retailer groups in the UK.
Salary: £38,000 basic | £48,000 OTE + comprehensive benefits.
We offer aMonday to Friday schedule – no weekends, acompany car, and a team-focused environment where you’ll have the backing you need to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and supporting a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer experiences
* Managing service operations to meet key targets in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and cost control
* Ensuring a safe and inclusive working environment for all team members
* Maintaining high standards in compliance with manufacturer and group requirements
* Using data and systems to track performance, customer insights, and areas for growth
What we’re looking for:
* Experience as aService ManagerorAssistant Service Managerin a busy dealership environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service
* A track record of improving performance, profitability, or team development
