Remote Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ARRS)
Provide 18 structured patient calls per AM and PM session delivering assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and prescribing entirely remotely. Independently manage complete clinical episodes by telephone within the boundaries of professional practice and scope. Utilise advanced clinical skills to manage risk and escalation remotely, including arranging appropriate in-person follow-up if required. Maintain accurate records via SystmOne, ensuring all remote encounters are comprehensively documented. Attend and contribute to virtual team meetings and clinical case discussions. Participate in remote clinical audits, patient safety reviews, and complaint resolution as required. Identify recurring themes and gaps in care delivery to support continuous service development. Deliver training sessions to healthcare staff on clinical skills, advanced practice techniques, and case management. Facilitate and participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities within the practice. Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records using SystmOne. Attend and contribute to team meetings, providing updates and insights on patient care strategies and outcomes The Practice recognises that the role of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner is wide and varied is evolving in nature.
