Executive Headteacher
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 Plus Bonus and Car Allowance
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and visionary Executive Headteacher to lead a specialist independent school in Bedfordshire, with responsibility expanding to two additional provisions as they open. This is a unique opportunity to influence the development of a growing group of schools that provide high-quality education for pupils with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership across multiple school sites
* Inspire and manage senior leadership teams
* Oversee curriculum quality, teaching standards, and student progress
* Ensure strong safeguarding and compliance practices
* Lead school development planning and Ofsted readiness
* Work collaboratively with educational psychologists and clinical teams
