Duties and responsibilities To provide an efficient administration service within receptions, outpatients, imaging, ward clerks and medical secretaries/records for all sites associated with Parkway Hospital, and to manage staff and processes within established policies and process To ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld in the provision of services to patients, consultants and the hospital team.
