If you have experience as a Treatment Coordinator and looking to work in a positive and friendly team environment, with supportive and highly skilled clinicians, where you can further develop your career, then this is the practice for you. This post will support patients at the start of their treatment journey, helping them to understand the process, payment plans and removing any concerns.
1. Full-time hours available, 40 hours per week over 5 days

About you
We welcome your application to our Dental Receptionist/TCO vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
3. Proven front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
4. A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
5. The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
6. Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
