Key responsibilities:
6. Provide comprehensive backup support across all site administration
7. Manage and resolve customer queries professionally and promptly
8. Accurately enter, update, and submit data on relevant systems
9. Maintain and update internal filing and administrative systems
10. Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines under pressure
