Full time/Part time Optical Assistant/Receptionist position available to cover maternity leave. Hours/Days to be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers, answering questions, and obtaining preliminary patient histories, light cleaning & tidying.
* Performing administrative duties, such as keeping records, scheduling appointments, ordering.
* Helping customers select, fit spectacles and make product recommendations.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Some retail experience may be useful; however no previous experience necessary as all training will be given.
* Confident telephone skills/manner would be beneficial.
* Candidate must be flexible for holiday cover.
