Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Developer / Consultant

Overview
We’re looking for a Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Developer / Consultant to build and enhance mobile‑first field service solutions. The role combines hands‑on development with AI‑driven automation using Salesforce technologies, supporting both field technicians and dispatch teams.
Experience in utilities or asset‑heavy environments is highly desirable.
What You’ll Be Doing
Field Service Development
* Configure and customise Salesforce Field Service:
* Work Orders, Service Appointments, Assets, Maintenance Plans
* Scheduling, optimisation, and Dispatch Console
* Develop solutions using:
* Apex
* Deliver mobile‑first solutions via the Field Service Mobile App (including offline capability)
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, GIS, IoT where needed)
* Work with Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform to build intelligent solutions
* Configure:
* Prompt templates and grounding
* Deliver AI‑enabled features such as:
* Voice‑to‑Flow / Voice‑to‑Form
* Pre‑ and post‑work summaries
* AI-generated job notes and recommendations
* Embed predictive insights into field service operations
What We’re Looking For
* Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
* Solid development experience with Apex, LWC, and Flows
* Experience working on mobile‑first or field‑based solutions
* Exposure to AI features within Salesforce (Einstein, Copilot, etc.)
* Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms
* Utilities sector experience (nice to have)
