Senior Quantity Surveyor – £15m Leisure project, Swindon
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a long-term freelance contract on a newly secured project.
Your contract will start immediately, and you will initially carry out procurement and assist in getting the project set up for a start on site in October.
You will work a hybrid role between the office, working remotely and the site near Swindon.
The project is a £15m new build health club/leisure centre, so it will be advantageous if you have worked on leisure projects or hotels in the past as they hold similarities.
Key Requirements
* Progressed to being a Senior Quantity Surveyor and comfortable with heading up this £15m project.
* Leisure or Hotel new build experience.
* Management of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor; some managing of trainee level staff is needed.
* A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential for this role.
