Responsibilities
PJT seeks to hire a highly motivated Administrative Assistant for our Healthcare team in the Strategic Advisory group. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, with good judgment in various situations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Expense management – tracking, preparing, and processing expense reconciliations, out-of-pocket reports, and invoices accurately and timely
* Project code creation – collaborating with junior professionals to track, create, and manage project codes throughout their lifecycle
* Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating with other assistants, and confirming meetings with clients and colleagues
* Arranging travel and reservations (flights, cars, hotels), considering timing and cost; assisting with client travel as needed
* Providing general support on broader activities, including reception, training programs, onboarding, and new joiner orientation
