Description
Flint Bishop is a leading, top-200 law firm with offices in Derby and Birmingham. Our Debt Recovery team works with a large national client base and has secured all 3 major debt recovery awards in the past year.
The Debt Recovery Support Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the Finance Team, Quality Assurance and Admin Team (“Support Teams”) for the Debt Recovery department and any other general tasks to support the team.
The role reports on a day-to-day basis to the Debt Recovery Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day and operations of the Support Teams within the debt recovery department, including administration, finance administration and quality assurance
* Produce relevant work plans for the Support Teams and allocate work accordingly
* Sound knowledge of Support Teams functions and tasks
* Sound knowledge of the Debt Recovery Department’s policies and SLAs
* Ensure Support Teams are working within SLA
* Assisting Support Teams with complex tasks and escalating any issues promptly and appropriately
* Looking for efficiencies within Support Team tasks and working with Debt Recovery Manager or Data to implement these
* Run any Support Team Incentives
* Produce management information as required by the Debt Recovery Managers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You will:
* Preferably have prior debt recovery experience in an energy or utilities setting
* Previous supervisory experience in a contact centre environment or legal setting
* Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines with your caseloads
