Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
* Provide legal advice and support on property sales, purchases, leases, and related matters.
* Lead on disposals and sales processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer documents, and other legal instruments.
* Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly.
