We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Teacher (SEN Hub) to join a welcoming school in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who has a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The Role:
* Leading teaching within a dedicated SEN inclusion hub
* Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
* Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment
* Working closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals
* Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience working with SEND pupils (school or specialist setting)
* A strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices
* A genuine passion and commitment to supporting children with additional needs
* Patience, resilience, and a positive approach
