The Role
As a Brand Creative, you’ll play a hands‑on role in creating and delivering compelling visual content across digital and offline channels. Working closely with our Senior Marketing Campaigns & Brand Manager and wider marketing teams, you’ll transform briefs into impactful creative that strengthens our brand, engages audiences, and supports commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing high‑quality, on‑brand creative assets across digital, print, social, email, and campaign channels
* Translating creative briefs into engaging, effective visual solutions
* Adapting designs for different formats, audiences, and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
* Collaborating with marketing, digital, and external partners to deliver joined‑up creative work
* Collaborating on messaging and contributing to copywriting, including writing compelling headlines that enhance creative performance.
* Preparing artwork for production, ensuring accuracy across formats and specifications
* Managing multiple briefs and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Using insight and performance data to refine and improve creative output
* Acting as a guardian of brand standards across all creative work
You’ll Bring
* 2–3 years’ experience in a design, creative, or brand role (in‑house or agency)
* A strong portfolio showcasing design across digital and print channels
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* A solid understanding of brand identity, layout, and typography
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of creative execution
* Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects
* Confidence working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
* A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for creative ideas
Desirable, but not essential
* Experience with motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
* Familiarity with social, digital advertising, or content creation
* Experience preparing artwork for print and working with suppliers
* Knowledge of accessibility and digital design best practice
* Exposure to AI or agile design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express)
