Property Manager Role in Warwickshire
SF Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager for an exciting client in Warwickshire. You will manage a private group of companies with a diverse portfolio of residential and retail properties.
Main Duties:
1. Providing high-quality customer service to tenants and letting agents.
2. Obtaining quotes and liaising with contractors and third-party service providers for works required.
3. Ensuring properties comply with current lettings legislation.
4. Responding promptly to queries via phone, email, or post.
5. Monitoring rent reviews and taking necessary actions.
6. Communicating with utility companies and the Council at the start and end of tenancies.
7. Managing tenancy administration, including maintaining the property database and raising invoices for rent, service charges, and insurance recharges.
8. Having experience in a similar property role.
9. Being self-motivated, independently thinking, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to take personal responsibility.
10. Keeping up-to-date with changes in property legislation.
11. Possessing excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Word.
Ideally, candidates will have experience with both commercial and residential properties.
Position Details:
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, with a minimum of 25 hours per week, including core hours from 11 am to 2 pm. The salary range is GBP 31,200 to GBP 37,500, pro-rata, depending on experience. The role can be adjusted for part-time hours, reduced to 25 hours or increased up to 37.5 hours for a full-time position.
