Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202, St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role |
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to achieve high standards
* Has experience in shift planning, ensuring adequate coverage, and coaching on the go
* Has experience in managing labor, rotas, and understands financial performance
* Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
