Store Manager Role
The Store Manager is a vital part of our business. You will offer valuable guidance to customers seeking to design their ideal home. An excellent listener, you will understand customer needs and take a consultative approach to sales, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their purchase and a positive customer journey. As an inspiring and motivational leader, you will drive team sales performance and foster a supportive environment. You should be a people person who cares, nurtures, and supports your team, leading by example and embodying OFL values and behaviors. Experience in big box retail sales is preferred, ideally furniture, but comprehensive training will be provided.

* Basic Salary: £30,900, with a realistic OTE of £55k
