Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing& Brand Strategy Executive to lead that growth. Someone with vision, commercial acumen, and creative drive. Someone capable of elevating our brand and opening new doors. This is a senior, hands-on role that combines creativity, strategy, leadership and business development. Youll work directly with the Director to drive brand visibility, launch campaigns, and build partnerships that propel the company forward - both at home and abroad. Your mission If You Accept It: Lead our marketing, business development, and brand strategy taking Gardenscapes from a respected UK leader to a globally recognised name in landscaping and outdoor living. What youll do: Oversee all digital media from socials, YouTube, email, and Google Ads Coordinate with partners on marketing campaigns and website development Manage our showroom branding, launch events, and PR Develop and design brochures, signage, and vehicle branding Represent the company at trade shows, charity events, and networking opportunities Identify and develop new growth streams (e.g. living walls, green roofs, international partnerships) Support recruitment, set up new systems, and help build the companys next phase of expansion Youll excel if you: Have experience leading marketing and business development in design, property, or construction within a B2C role Are equally comfortable at a networking event or in a boardroom Can manage campaigns end-to-end from idea to execution Have strong creative instincts and a results-driven mindset Are comfortable managing people, budgets, and brand presence Have the ambition and curiosity to help shape a local brand into global growth If youre ready to take a respected brand and make it remarkable send your CV and cover letter outlining why you would be perfect for this role.
