Finance Assistant
📍 Petersfield, Hampshire (Hybrid – mix of office & home)

đź•’ Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
FitzRoy, a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Central Support finance team. This is a varied role where you’ll help deliver accurate and timely financial records, support colleagues across our services, and keep our processes running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Maintain and reconcile company credit cards, fundraising reports, and service user loan records
2. Process invoices (utilities, agency, Amazon purchasing) and resolve queries with suppliers
3. Maintain the fixed asset register and post monthly depreciation
4. Daily reconciliation of the main bank account and monthly reconciliations for others
5. Raise mileage recharge invoices and ad-hoc invoicing as needed
6. Provide support to managers with finance queries and ensure accurate record keeping
