* Proven customer service experience within a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Previous experience in motor trade aftersales or a main dealer environment
So, what will you be doing?
* Welcoming customers on arrival and managing the service journey from drop-off to collection
* Reviewing vehicle history and identifying additional requirements such as recalls, service plans or warranty work
* Liaising with workshop and sales teams to ensure vehicles are ready on time
* Keeping customers informed of progress and gaining approval for additional work
* Arranging courtesy or loan vehicles and associated travel solutions
* Clearly explaining completed work and invoices at handover
* Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing manufacturer training
* Ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met at all times
