Our client, an Established Independent Garage in the Edenbridge area, are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team!
As a Vehicle Technician for our client you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, identifying faults, and carrying out repairs on a variety of vehicles. You'll need to have experience working with a range of makes and models and be comfortable using the latest diagnostic equipment.
Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
6. Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.
7. Conducting vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
8. Completing work within the given timeframes and to a high standard.
9. Maintaining accurate records of all work completed.
10. Participating in manufacturer training programs to further develop your skills.
11. Adhering to health and safety regulations.
What our client expects of their Vehicle Technician:
12. Experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician
13. A MOT Testing licence is beneficial.
14. Strong diagnostic skills are beneficial.
15. Experience working on a variety of makes and models of vehicles is desirable.
16. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
17. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The successful Vehicle Technician will be fully. Ideally your background will be from an independent garage or main car dealership background. You will need a strong work ethic and professional attitude for this rewarding career opportunity.
