Morson are partnering with a fantastic business north of Hull who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team on a fixed term contract approx. 9 – 12 months to cover maternity.
This can be a full or part time role offering a salary of £25,000 FTE. You will work from the office 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
The purpose of the role is to support the HR team with all administrative duties.
The Role:
* Support the HR Advisor with day-to-day activity surrounding recruitment, ER and admin
* Manage any Exit Interviews
* Management of the HR database ensuring all information is up to date and compliant
* Process any new starters and leavers
* Support on employee inductions
* Ownership of all employee checks including references, new starter packs, right to work and DBS checks
* Manage the probation tracker
* Support with any HR projects such as employee recognition and engagement activities
* Note-take in any Employee Relations meetings
* Support on any payroll processing as required
Requirements:
* Experience of working as a HR Administrator within a busy business
* CIPD Level 3 qualified or relevant experience
* Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Good relationship building skills with managers at all levels
* Good data management skills
