Role: Customer Success Manager SAAS Education

Type of hire - Full-time UK-based contract
Our Client, a global SAAS vendor is looking for their first Customer Success Manager in Europe, based out of the UK. We are looking for someone with experience selling into higher Education.
If you have experience in Customer Success or a suitable field to move into Customer Success like Account Management, Presales or even Support, and you have a good knowledge of working with Universities, then I'd love to talk to you.
You will be responsible for customer pilots, setup, ensuring smooth rollout, training, renewals, upsell, cross-sell and securing a successful long-term partnership. You will manage a number of existing customers, build strong relationships and ensure customers have an exceptional experience. You will be required to arrange and attend customer meetings.
