CPotential is looking to expand its team of inclusion ambassadors to facilitate disability inclusion workshops.
Our workshops aim to dismantle barriers presented to disabled people in the workplace by challenging perception, sharing lived experience of disability, and highlighting opportunities for development towards accessible workplaces.
We are looking for facilitators with lived experience of physical disability to bring these workshops to life on a freelance basis.
Job Description
* Freelance position, approximately 1-2 shifts a month.
* Pay: negotiable day-rate (all travel is paid).

* Facilitators will work alongside a member of the CPotential team to deliver this workshop in the client’s workplace.
* As part of the workshop, facilitators will share some of their own lived experience of navigating workplace barriers (10-minute segment).
* We are hoping to develop this programme further so we are looking for people who will work with us to make the training as effective as possible.
Job Requirements
* Ability to deliver information in an engaging way. Facilitators will receive a script with points to hit but we’d like to hear it in your voice.
* Professional and punctual.
* Lived experience of physical disability.
* Located in or within close proximity to London.
Desirable
* Experience of public speaking (i.e. delivering presentations, facilitation, performance, teaching).
* Experience of a corporate workplace.
