With a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction, our client is seeking a trained Service Engineer to refine processes and deliver exceptional service in a fast-moving industry.As a Service Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated engineering team, working across a diverse range of HVAC systems. You will carry out planned maintenance and respond to service calls, ensuring systems remain reliable, efficient, and compliant.Key Responsibilities of a Service Engineer
* Work independently across split/multi split systems, DX and CW FCUs
* Compile dilapidation reports
* Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers and CRAC units independently
* Carry out PPM visits and repair works.
* Complete advanced fault finding
* Ensure accurate reports of work are on time and to a high standard.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
* Develop understanding Health and Safety regulations
Desired Skillset and Characteristics:
* Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent
* Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent
* Full driving licence
* Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering team and office team
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good attention to detail
* High level of self-motivation
* Ability to utilise manufacturers service software
* A sound understanding of data and how it is used.
* Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable.
