Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the seasonal plant category, aligning with business objectives to drive sales, manage stock, and maintain margin.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across the UK and Europe, negotiating to balance value for money with product quality.
Plan and manage seasonal delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with plant import regulations and domestic requirements, while minimizing wastage.
Respond to seasonal demand, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain availability and sales.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and product innovations; analyse sales data and recommend range improvements.
Create promotional plans for the yearly calendar and collaborate with marketing teams to deliver them.
