Lead Administrator – Logistics Operations
Are you an experienced administrator with a strong eye for detail and the ability to lead a small team? We’re looking for a Lead Administrator to oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring goods are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for supervising a team of administrators while managing the flow of documentation and processes that keep imports moving smoothly. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who can balance people management with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the handling and verification of import paperwork.
Liaise across operational teams to ensure documentation, clearance, and final mile deliveries run seamlessly.
Prepare and distribute manifests, load plans, and other transport documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for staff queries around HR, rosters, payroll, training, and day-to-day issues.
Coordinate onboarding, right-to-work checks, ID management, and training compliance.
Support rostering and scheduling to maintain full operational coverage.
Maintain accurate staff and operational records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Promote a safe, secure, and efficient working environment, adhering to health & safety and data protection standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
A team-oriented leader who can also work independently under pressure.
