You will be a well-motivated and organised person to manage cover requirements across the school. You will arrange supervision for classes of students when teachers are on short term absence or fulfilling their professional duties. This is an opportunity for an aspiring teacher to gain knowledge, skills and experience to progress onto a teacher training programme. You could be someone who is a graduate or working towards a degree considering a career in teaching.
