At Trelowen Manor, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team.The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering person-centred support to individuals, empowering them to live as independently as possible and achieve their full potential.This is a rewarding, hands-on role within a supportive environment where you will make a meaningful difference every day. Applicants must already hold a completed Care Certificate and have experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. You should also demonstrate a genuine willingness to continue developing your skills and growing within the role.Duties Deliver high-quality, person-centred support within Trelowen ManorAssist with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and choiceProvide emotional support, mentoring, and encouragement tailored to individual needsSupport individuals with developing life skills and engaging in meaningful activitiesPromote social inclusion and positive relationshipsAssist with meal preparation and support in line with Food Safety standardsMaintain accurate, up-to-date records of care and support providedWork collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to deliver holistic careExperience & Requirements Previous experience supporting vulnerable individuals is desirableA caring, patient, and empathetic approachStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationshipsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA completedCare Certificate or higherFood Safety / Food Hygiene CertificateA full UK driving licence is desirableAll applicants must be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
