We are looking for a motivated Occupational Therapist. We offer four monthly rotations across acute and community settings, including Stroke care.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a defined caseload using evidence-based and client-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions in hospital and community settings across all specialties at Croydon NHS, including Elderly Care, Surgical, Orthopedics, Neuro/Stroke Unit, Medical, Cardiology, and Reablement.
2. Maintain clinical records in line with Trust and COT standards.
3. Actively participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
