Job Introduction
This role is part of the HR Systems Support team within HR Systems, dealing with highly sensitive and integral staff information. As a Data Associate, you will report to a Senior Data Manager, working to support the wider business which includes employees, team leaders, senior leaders, external stakeholders, and production groups. You'll be ensuring that their interaction with HR related systems (primarily SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Remedy systems) is positive and seamless, while maintaining the integrity of the data that underpins them.
You'll primarily work independently with day-to-day tickets. However, the role will also involve collaboration with the wider HR Systems team to manage more complex systems, technology problems, projects, and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Work on daily ticketed items from the wider business, supporting and resolving 2nd line queries related to HR Systems such as Launchpad, the Leave Portal, and myDevelopment.
2. Respond in a timely manner to tickets, in line with SLAs.
3. Support the business in the use of HR self-service portals by resolving issues up to medium complexity, including HR Manager Requests and the Leave and Absence Portal.
4. Collaborate with the team to manage complex systems, projects, and initiatives.
Are you the right candidate?
The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with SAP systems and/or SuccessFactors is desirable, and managing organisational structures within SAP or similar HR systems is advantageous. You should be comfortable supporting self-service users within these systems.
This role requires excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) and IT skills, the ability to work under deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities. A strong customer focus and satisfaction ethic are essential, along with a willingness to stay updated on HR Systems processes and share knowledge with the team. Innovation and comfort working independently or collaboratively are also important.
If this sounds like you, even if you don't tick all the boxes, we'd love to hear from you!
