Job Title: Health & Safety Manager

Role Overview
As a Health & Safety Manager, you will lead all health and safety initiatives at the site and report to the Head of Safety who oversees all European locations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building strong, collaborative relationships with the site management team and workforce, providing guidance, support, coaching, and leadership on health and safety matters.
2. Embedding a world-class safety culture across the site through these relationships.
3. Providing independent, expert advice to management with professionalism and integrity.
4. Developing positive relationships with trade union representatives and ensuring regular safety meetings.
5. Leading the site Health and Safety Committee to promote effective communication and shared understanding of safety roles.
6. Collaborating with the wider health and safety team and senior leadership to ensure consistency across the organization.
7. Engaging with external bodies such as regulatory agencies, safety auditors, and insurers to maintain compliance and drive safety improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
