Solar Administrator
Location: Fareham
Salary: £26,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
Valoris Group is working with a growing business in Fareham that is looking to hire a Solar Administrator to support its busy renewables division.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing day-to-day admin within a fast-paced environment. The role will be focused on supporting the solar team with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative duties to help keep projects running smoothly.
The Role
You will be supporting the solar division with a range of administrative and coordination tasks, including:
* Scheduling installations, surveys, and service-related appointments
* Liaising with engineers, customers, and internal teams
* Managing diaries and updating the internal system accurately
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Preparing and organising job packs, documents, and records
* Supporting the team with compliance paperwork and general office admin
* Ensuring all works are logged, tracked, and followed through correctly
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role
* Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
* Confidence dealing with customers and engineers over the phone and by email
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
* Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems
* Experience within solar, renewables, construction, engineering, or a service-based business would be highly beneficial
