Responsibilities
* 8-12 years of experience in a Presales, Product Management, go-to-market (GTM), Customer Success or a similar client‑facing technical role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
* Strong foundational understanding of the financial services ecosystem (e.g., Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Corporate Finance) and ability to learn to speak the language of our clients.
* Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and fundamentals of Generative AI and large language models; experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, data integration, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP); ability to articulate the technical and business value of complex software solutions.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Highly analytical and consultative mindset with a proven ability to identify and solve client problems.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Direct experience in a presales/GTM role for an AI, ML, or data analytics platform.
* Experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face).
* Familiarity with financial data providers like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, or S&P Capital IQ.
* Experience working in or selling to bulge‑bracket investment banks or large asset management firms.
* MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant technical or financial field.
