Our client is currently recruiting for a permanent Part Time Accounts Assistant to join the team. Responsibilities: - Processing invoices and payments (Both sales and purchasing) - Downloading sales reports from SagePay, Sot Pay, Paypal, Amazon, NOTHS - Reconciling sales invoices shown in Xero to sales reports - Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes - Bank reconciliations - Credit Control - Preparation for VAT returns Candidate Attributes: - Previous experience in within accounts - Experience with Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel. - Good communication skills at all levels. - Strong organisational skills Hours – Part Time 20 hours per week Salary – Competitive & Negotiable Benefits: - Yearly bonus - Company pension - Flexitime - Free on-site parking
